Cooks Hill Rooms

The office is located within the H+ Consulting Rooms at The Cooks Hill Health Hub: 235 Darby Street Cooks Hill. The Hub is on the corner of Darby and Tooke Streets, and the undercover carpark is entered from Tooke Street.

The rooms are just inside the carpark doors on the ground floor. We do not have a receptionist. Please take a seat in the waiting room.

Kotara Rooms

My office is located within the H+ Consulting Rooms at Westfield Kotara. The rooms are located beside the Kotara Family Practice, on the ground floor (at the opposite end of the building from Woolies).

Enter the building either through the doors closest to the Kotara Family Practice (pink carpark) or past Hello World Travel. There is a lot of disabled parking in between these two entrances. We do not have a receptionist. Please take a seat in the waiting room.
